I like that our website is being monitored with their tool, which allows us to see what's going wrong during outages or when there are issues reported by users of our site. We are using admin labs to monitor our website performance, it's easy of use with good customer support from their team as well! It has helped us improve overall web page load time by reducing unnecessary resources that were loading during visits (css/js). The ease of use from website to dashboard, great customer service team willing to help you with any issue that arises during setup or implementation period is something I like very much about admin labs! We have been using this product in our organization since 2014 without issues so far though we are not doing big e-commerce transactions but mostly internal web application usage through corporate portals as well internally hosted intranet system which makes it even better! Definitely recommend
