this is a fantastic costume! Bought for aqua aerobics, not in the pool for 20 years. Bought for my mum who wears a size 14 but decided on a size 16 after reading the reviews. Too tight in the chest to be considered a size 16 in my opinion. I'm sending it back and ordering a size 18. She's never worn a size that big in her life, but to keep her bust from sagging to the point where she wears a straitjacket, she needs to go 2 sizes up. Look for a snug fit, you must order at least 1 size up if not 2 sizes. If I get a bigger size I'll probably be back with a few more stars.

I just bought this suit last week because I want to start swimming to get back in shape. I'm very tall (over 6ft) and rather chubby so I bought a size 16. Love this swimsuit. I have two, which I alternate five days a week, swim and run deep water in heated, chlorinated pools. I have several others exactly the same that I have not worn and after two years of use I can hardly tell the new ones from the old ones. I feel so comfortable swimming and stretching in the pool. After reading the previous comments I ordered a size smaller than the size I normally wear. But it's still a bit tight, especially around the shoulder straps and hips. The good thing is that the high quality fabric is soft and doesn't rub, so it's not too uncomfortable. I bought this suit for an aquagym class that I attended. I got tired of tugging the suit on my back after lots of squats, twists and jumps. It was very comfortable - smooth to the touch, didn't bind and was comfortably snug. I ordered the same size I usually get from most swimwear brands.
