Crumpled and cut, wrong size

It arrived folded, whose idiotic idea was that? They should be rolled up, not rolled up. This is not a crease that will flatten out over time, it is so crumpled that it is starting to tear. Plus, for $35, I don't have to wait for the creases to be ironed out. It is also advertised as being 36 inches in length. I needed it to fit under a 36" terrarium to protect my furniture. It's only 35.25 inches. So it doesn't even fit where I need it, and I have to "wait for the creases to iron out" before I

Perfect for my needs

I hate rings on my furniture so I've always been a bit pushy about using coasters around my house. I bought this to put in the center of my kitchen table so I don't have to throw separate coasters at people to remind them. It's big enough that they can put down their drinks without fear of my wrath; but not too big so that there is space in front of each seat. I still put hot pads for anything straight out of the oven (because I'm being paranoid), but for any serving bowls of hot food or sauces

Deep crease on arrival

This mat comes folded and due to the way it is folded it forms a deep crease in the middle which is different from the normal crease that eventually is treated. This crease looks unsightly except that the carpet is very dirty and covered in dirt. I thought I just had a bad mat so I asked for a replacement and the replacement came exactly the same! The rug is thick and appears to be of good quality but for the price of this rug it shouldn't be that badly wrinkled and dirty! This happened not…
