AEM 21 478WR Wrinkle Intake System Review

This is the best air intake I have used on my 2014 Subaru STI. The air intake is massive and the sound brutal. Intalacion is very easy with the manual and takes about 30 minutes. But you have to adjust it, it may cause problems. I could get a dyno tuner, that's the best option. But another very good alternative is to use the COBB system. Installed on my 2012 WRX today. I loaded a 93 octane AEM Stage1 card from COBB through the access port. I used to have a regular 93 octane tier 1 card. Just took her for a test drive and wow! You immediately notice how fantastic it sounds. I can't understand the reviews saying they didn't notice a difference in performance. At high speeds, the car pulled particularly hard in 3rd gear. A great product that will make your WRX even more exciting than when you first bought it.

This is the third car I have installed an AEM air intake on. I am amazed at the quality and attention to detail with the company every time. Installation was super easy and quick. Set up the machine and now it runs smoothly. From install and setup to after, my '11 WRX actually runs smoother and better. Throttle response is better and the sound produced is amazing. Probably gain some power. But from simply better performance and responsiveness, 100% worth every penny.

Bought this in addition to COBB AP which should be arriving in the next few days and couldn't be happier. Installation was easy and took just under an hour and a half.
