Description of Aerolatte Stovetop Espresso Coffee Capacity

aerolatte's MokaVista with unique viewing window allows close monitoring of the brewing progress without over-extracting or burning espresso. Crafted from heavyweight aluminum for proper heat transfer; water boils evenly and diffuses through ground coffee at the proper time and temperature. See when coffee is done through viewing window; more precise than listening for percolation; lid remains closed to maintain optimum coffee temperature. Fill indicator in the boiling chamber ensures precise water ratio for consistent results; protects pressure valve from being covered for safe brewing. Styled after 1930s Italian classic; easy to use; resists rust; stay-cool handle and knob; no-drip spout; hand wash or rinse; includes instructions.

Inexpensive (compared to other pots) and feels nice

Prepares espresso quickly. 3-4 minutes ready. However, there is one disadvantage: the spout is too small and the coffee spills out when pouring. I pour it on the sink and it's ok. It feels relatively cheap, aluminum. Should cost $10 but costs more. You

  • Level indicator in brewing chamber ensures accurate water ratio for consistent results; Prevents pressure valve from closing for safe brewing

Cuban approved for coffee, tea and espresso

love my new ventanita cafeteria. You can call it Moka if you want, but for Cubans it will always be a cafeteria. Makes the perfect Cuban coffee and the little window helps me make the perfect espumita every time! No more holding the lid open and spraying coffee all over the kitchen to know when to shake it up.

Pros
  • Made of durable aluminum for good heat transfer; the water boils evenly and is distributed at the right time and at the right temperature through the ground coffee
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Product Not Recommended -

While this product tastes great and is easy to use, after a few months it just doesn't hold up. The window falls off the lid, leaving a gaping hole and cannot be reattached. This makes brewing impossible as the coffee squirts straight through the opening and out of the pot. The poor design of the handle and tip of the lid constantly burns fingers and will melt over time - I'm serious. And after a few months of washing (by hand), the surface of the metal becomes cloudy. I do not recommend this…

Pros
  • Classic Italian 1930s style; Easy to use; resists rust; keep cool pen and pen; nose without drops; hand wash or rinse; includes instructions
Cons
  • I will add later
