Stain included. It had everything needed for a perfect fit. Just find the 2012 Prius C YouTube video for great instructions. Works like a factory setting as the vehicle's ECU is already programmed for cruise control (a closely guarded Toyota secret).

Exactly the same as the original that came with the car. Works perfectly. Installation was a little tricky as the airbag had to be removed. So I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself unless you are very skilled. There are some very helpful videos online that will show you how to do this. It can be done, but not as easily as it seems. This item works great and is cheaper than a Toyota dealer.

Glued on when Jeep was new 10 months ago. It has since been driven 1900 miles, always stored in a garage so this thing is rarely outside. Only been in the snow once. When I washed it the other day I noticed that the matte finish is rubbing off on the outside and has a shiny underside that is now tacky. Liked it initially, no problems with reception, small and clean. But for such a price, to do this with so little use and so little exposure to the elements, this is unacceptable.

I think the build quality is as expected for the price. The buttons are a bit loose (can wobble slightly), and the latching characteristics of the switches differ slightly between the front and rear windows. In doing so, I found the unit to be of reasonable build quality and I have no regrets about my purchase. Notes: The device supports the standard red backlight.
