Very helpful, quick and convenient way to keep employees informed

I like that this software is user friendly because it's easy enough anyone can use without any prior knowledge of computer programs or technology in general; Also its very customizable so you have many options when creating your own work space which makes things easier if there are multiple people working at once as well; It has made our job even more efficient by making communication between all my agents much quicker; With having an application such as these other departments within companies
