This replacement was perfect for my Samsung Soundbar. The original no longer worked. It uses AAA batteries instead of button batteries, which is more convenient. And the price was great.

Will buy a second one for backup. I was nervous after reading mixed reviews. I was concerned that I would not get a product that worked as I had hoped, but it works just like the original remote. It takes 2 AAA batteries which are easier to replace than those pesky little batteries. I don't see any problems with buttons. I've read that people complain that the buttons are sticky and difficult to press. I don't see that as a problem. I can use the remote control the same as with Samsung.

It was one of the best electronic experiences I've had. My old remote broke so I did a little research and ordered this one. It is exactly the same style and thickness as the old remote with two exceptions. 1) it works and 2) the battery compartment is much easier to reach. My old remote had one of those twist locks to open it that take a quarter and some devil magic to open. You simply open the compartment like any other remote control on the planet.
