Description of Enhance Sous Vide Experience with AIEVE Sous Vide Weights: Food-Safe Kit to Keep Food Submerged and Stop Floating Bags

The sous-vide cooking can retain the original taste of the food to the highest degree. AIEVE sous vide weight can perfectly cover the sous vide bag, keeping the food submerged during the cooking process. Compared with other block-shaped sous vide weights or sous vide rack, AIEVE sous vide net does not need to be sealed with the food, which makes the food safer and does not damage the shape of the food. AIEVE sous vide net made of high-quality food-grade 304 stainless steel. All the small stainless steel rings have been intimately treated, tightly connected, and the cut is smooth, which will not damage the bag and food. The sous vide net weighs about 1.2 pounds and has a strong plasticity. You can distribute the sous vide net according to the shape of the food. It is more flexible to use than sous vide magnets or racks. Sous vide net has an additional buckle design, not only covering the food, you can even completely wrap the food to better immerse the food.

Effortless Kitchen Efficiency!

What a sleek, easy-to-use tool for your Home and Kitchen! After I put it to the test, I found this immersion blender to be above and beyond my expectations. The power offered a quick and mess-free puree to my soup. What I enjoyed most was the ease of cleaning after use. The stainless steel blade and food safe plastic housing made cleanup a snap. The only downside is the noise level; it's a bit loud, but worth the quick results.

Pros
  • Kills bacteria and viruses on surfaces.
Cons
  • May have a strong chemical odor.

The best alternative to weights or magnets IMO

So it does not come into contact with food and is much more hygienic in stainless steel. Performs work to keep products submerged. Without cleaning. Just air dry. I want to have clips on all 4 corners so I can wrap lengthwise or crosswise. There was a very similar, more expensive option, but that was the cost of something you could do yourself if you wanted to.

Pros
  • The sous vide net has an additional buckle design that not only covers food but also allows food to be fully wrapped to help it sink in water.
Cons
  • Modern

Good product, good price, good features

You can pay more and possibly get less if you buy a competitor's chain - it comes with a lock so you can actually secure the weight around the vacuum packaging. the top of the vacuum pack; this one will not fall. I've used it once and liked it so much I've just ordered a second one for my country house - believe me you need this thing - it keeps all vacuum packs submerged so you get a full cook. Without them, some of the packaging may lie on the surface and not reach a food-safe temperature.

Pros
  • Sous vide cooking preserves the original taste of the food as much as possible. The weight of AIEVE sous vide can perfectly cover the sous vide bag and keep the food submerged during the cooking process.
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
