Good product, good price, good features
You can pay more and possibly get less if you buy a competitor's chain - it comes with a lock so you can actually secure the weight around the vacuum packaging. the top of the vacuum pack; this one will not fall. I've used it once and liked it so much I've just ordered a second one for my country house - believe me you need this thing - it keeps all vacuum packs submerged so you get a full cook. Without them, some of the packaging may lie on the surface and not reach a food-safe temperature.
- Sous vide cooking preserves the original taste of the food as much as possible. The weight of AIEVE sous vide can perfectly cover the sous vide bag and keep the food submerged during the cooking process.
