I work 10 or more hours every day on my computer and they are great for reducing the blue light emitted by computer screens, phone screens and TV screens which reduces melatonin production. so you can change your style/appearance. The fit is comfortable and they are very light. I really like her.

These glasses are great! You can't beat the price for a pack of three, and each came with its own cloth sleeve and microfiber cleaning cloth. The styles included in the pack are great - very trendy and just the options I was hoping for. So far my boyfriend and I love them! Disclaimer - This is our first time trying blue light glasses so I'm sure there are brands that could be more efficient in terms of usage but so far they're doing a good job.
