After setting, the device still hasn't moved out of the 31% humidity range, I set it to 50%, it's been running for more than a week and I don't feel any Difference in humidity in the room. It's quiet so a plus if it's on all the time, it needs water every morning, it's easy to fill, just open the top door and pour in water.

Fantastic humidifier. This is the second aircraft owned by Air Innovations. So easy to fill and you don't have to add water every day, saving time. I had to give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it didn't have a small piece at the top that spills water in all directions. I have contacted the company for a replacement part (we have it in our other unit and it works great) but I have yet to receive a response from Air Innovations.

This humidifier is awesome. I live in a house that is over 100 years old and we have no insulation. This humidifier eliminates static electricity in my room. I don't have to use as much lotion as I used to. Only problem is you have hard water and there is fine white dust everywhere. I tried filtering the water sufficiently with the Brita jug but the white dust was still everywhere. I've started using distilled water and I no longer see white dust.

I'm giving this one star because it stopped working shortly after it arrived. I tried plugging it into different outlets but the power just wouldn't turn on. I read the instructions before using it and it worked great for a couple of hours. I liked the extended neck and guide bits at the top of the neck but unfortunately I had to ask for a refund. My friend ordered the exact same thing and hasn't had any issues with it yet - time will tell.

This is the quietest and handiest humidifier I have ever used. I have two, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. They're so quiet you don't even know they're working. I only use distilled water in them and have never had a problem with white dust or even had to clean them when I put them away for the summer. You name it and they can do it with forward control. I wish they could also smell stronger than the ones that come with the devices.

This humidifier is very easy to fill, just open the flip-top lid and pour water into the tank. This is perfect for my disabled wife to refill herself as she can bring small water bottles to the block for refills. The water level is clearly visible through the transparent plastic tank. There is no sound. It has a split nozzle so the mist can be directed in two directions. Placed on a stool with an extension that blows in opposite directions to create a dining area in the kitchen and open up a larger space. I drove it on turbo every day. Edit: Well now EVERYTHING in my house, in every room, is shrouded in white fog. I ran out of distilled water (1.25 gallons only lasts me through the night and morning) so I used natural spring water and now I need to white mist EVERYTHING in my house. The device itself is still great, top loading is very easy, but my old humidifier, which I bought at the drugstore for half the (retail) price of this device, could use ANY water: hard water, drinking water (Britta ) or spring water. /o some white
