Will not fit 2013 Ford Edge although this is the spec I requested. Now I can't return it because I couldn't name a mechanic before the return date.

This product is worth the money. However, installation in the Ford Edge is arguably more difficult than any other advertised vehicle. I installed this and it works as hoped, but it was a lot more than the standard effort you would expect. On this car, removing the "jounce" bumpers requires fully compressing and removing the rear springs, which is no easy task. Depending on the type of vehicle you drive, this can be a difficult task.

I installed them on my 2013 Ford Edge Sel. Even with the factory tow kit, I broke down a bit while towing 3000#. Ford rates my Edge 3500# with a tongue weight of 350#. These bags solved the problem. Smooth and relaxed ride. Most quality stores will not install these bags unless they were included with the SUV options. However, I found several stores that did the job for me. Installing this on a Ford Edge is NOT an easy install. You can't just stick them in coil springs like most Air Lift videos show. The stores charged me $300-400 for the job because you have to reset the coil springs and remove the shock absorbers. This includes removing the calipers, rotors, upper control arms, lower control arms, dampers and coil springs. All this to remove shock absorbers (thanks Ford!). This is something most mechanics in workshops don't want to do because it's very dangerous

I'm towing a 2200 lb trailer with a tent on my Ford Edge. I had issues with sagging in the back of the car and low trailer noise. As soon as I installed these airbags, everything was gone.
