I believe they were returned, the plastic bag was opened and at some point there was a hole in the box and lots of washers, nuts, bolts and other gear.

I like the way the truck is installed after the trailer. Tongue weight on camper about 850 lbs, used bags for 25 lbs airlift 2 inch. The weight of the trailer lowers it 2 inches, which was perfect.

The truck I installed the airbags on was a 2013 Heavy Duty F350. It had a 4 inch axle tube so the bottom brackets had to be modified. I also had to get 8" carriage bolts, the ones that came with the kit were too short for the larger tone of the axle. The truck was also fitted with a B&W gooseneck mount. It took a little more work.

The installation instructions are very detailed and the installation wasn't that difficult. However, I am tracking air leaks in the system. The supplied air quick connection system does not work! All connections are square cut and redone many times to eliminate slow leaks. An upgraded duct system must be ordered and installed. Hope this fixes the problem.
