Pros
- Design, convenience of construction, including easy assembly and disassembly and a convenient way to add water from above; good indication of the water level in the tank; the presence of a built-in hygrometer and ionization; price; a fairly long wire, fairly quiet in operation - it always works for me at 3 speeds, the “white noise” created is not loud and does not interfere.
Cons
- The disadvantages are all relative - it seems to be there, but they are easily circumvented due to operating experience) The main drawback is the lack of an accurate water level indicator, for the first time I poured water when adding it “blindly”, through the top. But as you operate, you already know from experience how much to add. I’m not sure about the correctness of the absolute readings of the hygrometer, but relative ones are easy to evaluate and draw conclusions about the level of humidity (I checked it in terms of the level of evaporation of water in an open container standing nearby). There are complaints about the quality of plastic - lumps are visible on the edges near. Fortunately, there are few of them and are no longer noticeable from a height of growth. When topping up, a trickle of water may press on the indication; it must be poured into the area above where there are no indicators.
