The tube is very soft, so it is easy to block the airway. But as long as you trim the air lines so nothing gets twisted or tangled, they work great. Attaching to the connectors is a job and so is the fact that they are brittle/soft so it can be tricky.

Handset disconnected twice overnight. Accessories don't fit right! Too loose for control valve. Woke up one morning and it was over. The tank does not filter. The hose is too narrow for the check valve. It won't go to the end. I woke up in the morning and it was over. Without filtering. Thank goodness my tank didn't vacuum itself.

hoses I received was much more than I needed and I will definitely use them for my future reservoir. I am currently using everything except the connectors in my tank and everything works very well. The only issues I found were that the control valves felt a little cheap (although they still work reasonably well) and the hose was thicker than expected and cloudier than I thought, which is still good. As I said in the title, it was definitely worth the money.

Good choice for the price. The tube is different than the clear vinyl I'm used to working with. It's opaque. I thought it might be silicone but it's a slightly harder plastic. I always thought the purpose of the check valves was to prevent water from entering the air pump and I usually placed them near the line from the pump.
