I bought this item to decorate postcards and mixed media. The colors are really pretty and there are many parts in the package so you can use it for many projects. Instead of folding, I plan to use this paper for die cutting and kirigami designs. I would recommend this article to crafters, mixed media artists, and anyone interested in origami.

The paper I received does not match the packaging shown by Revain. Or rather, I got the same paper that Sasha shows in his customer pictures. When I removed the label from the box there was another label with the Aitoh FLC/KFC-200 product number. If you like the paper shown in the pictures I would recommend purchasing this paper although you may be able to get a different replacement. Perhaps this is an argument for buying locally. To my knowledge, Washi is closer to classifying the type of paper based on its ingredients, production method and possibly region. Because of this, there can be multiple types of washi with different textures and weights, much like two types of beer can still be called beers despite their different tastes.
