Perfect for the classroom

Paper squares are colored on one side only and the back is white. Something to consider. I liked the amount in the bag and the quality of the paper.

Great origami paper!

I started making a lot of origami a few months ago and needed more paper. I really like this paper. It's generally thin, making fine detail easier than thicker paper, but thick enough to handle multiple folds. In addition, there are many interesting colors to choose from. Generally excellent paper, I plan to buy more!

Feel Short: Origami Paper

Bought for a project (decoupage napkin box lid) not origami but this paper was suggested. When I used the decoupage suggested in the project, I found that it crumpled and many of the colors became transparent. If I had to do this project again I would use different paper, maybe card stock, because I needed to use more than one layer of paper. Not at all what I expected.

A good paper for beginners is

I bought this for a project I did for my fiancee - cranes for her birthday. I won't tell you how many there were! In any case I found it easy to use and a good size - moderately large so it was easy to make cranes without the resulting shapes getting too big. As a beginner, I'm not sure I have the right to say paper good or bad - but it worked fine for me.

Good Quality

Origami paper should be thin and crispy so that intricate folds can be easily made, but not too thin that the paper tears. This set is great for the price and there is a good range of colors to work with. I bought a kit to make new animal models (it was my big hobby when I was a teenager and I needed to make some models for a photo project) and I was very satisfied. Because the paper is thin, it's not as forgiving to beginners as thicker paper because if you fold it wrong it will show up, but…

Exactly what I was looking for!

I ordered this late at night and got an email saying it would be delivered within the hour! It arrived on time and when I opened it I was very happy. It's just that kind of paper. Some of the more expensive origami papers that have a completely different texture don't work for most of the models I make. You can make many creases in the same place on this paper and it will not rub off. Also, some paper loses its color when folded, but not this paper! I've noticed a comment or two about this…
