A little complicated but good

My daughter likes it but some instructions make it difficult for her. She gets it little by little and enjoys it more and more. And the fact that paper is included is cool! I can recommend, but not for small children.

Pros
  • Power
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

Just plain ones on origami paper

I found this collection quite boring, I would prefer John Montroll's American style origami just because this collection has all the shapes I learned in elementary school. It would be more interesting to study forms I've never seen before. The rest of the book is easy to understand and features a crane, tulip, angelfish, etc. That's why I gave it four stars. A good beginner's book for those new to paper folders.

Pros
  • paper
Cons
  • non-automatic

Something kids and adults can enjoy at the same time!

I bought this set for my nieces who love crafts. They really enjoyed using it and challenging themselves with more complex shapes. They are currently 4 and 6 years old. I also bought a set for my high school students who range from 5th to 8th grade. My students have enjoyed using this set and have done some amazing things. I've also tried a few that were developed and I liked it. There really is something for all ages. Something kids and adults can enjoy at the same time!

Pros
  • Origami paper
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly
