It was a present and according to the recipient "too bright, too big, too many buttons". I would also like to add that the radio in our bedroom does not work well while our other clock radios work great and have good reception. So if you're looking for a watch with big numbers, this could be the one for you. But if you're just looking for a functional clock radio that doesn't take up too much space, keep looking.

Used on a desk so I can't tell how the alarm clock works. Very compact. Large clock display. As for radio, it gets two stations AM and NPR FM with traffic and weather here in the New York suburbs, so no complaints. The sound is what you would expect from a small speaker that is very basic.
