Good remote control and nice customer service. The first was DOA, but the second works and looks like an OEM controller.

What an awful remote

I doubt this is an OEM. It's terrible! The buttons almost don't work, you have to press them so hard that your hands cramp. Worst crap I've ever bought.

Exact replacement for my old dog chew toy

This is the second (or third - I have an extra) replacement toy I've bought. I hadn't had my new 86 inch TV for a week when my dog rendered it unusable by destroying the remote control. I was happy to have found an accurate replacement at such a reasonable price. When we went on holiday we left the dog at home with our son and he chewed on another one.
