Easy to install, versatile. my puppy loves it The only problem is the internal leash strap is very long and loosens when my 5 lb dog pulls on it or jumps out of the carrier. I cut it short and tied it in a knot. Now she's chewing on the knot.

Great child seat! Sturdy, easy to install and big enough to give my 7.5# cat plenty of room to sit, stand or lie down. Easily adjustable so it was easy to position her to see out the car window. It has a strap to attach your seat belts so you don't get pushed around. Very happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend or buy again. Good product.

Our 14 lb Cavapoo fits in when used as a car seat but was never able to convert to a stretcher as advertised. It took up 99% of the space when curled up in it to go to sleep and we couldn't get the lid off. It was very easy to set up and seemed pretty solid, but it sat right on the seat and the pup couldn't see out the window. It was comfortable to sit on, but using it as a stretcher was out of the question. The goods were returned and the money was quickly refunded.

Update: 11/03/20 Latch broken. My puppy now weighs 11 pounds. She pulled the latch so hard to get out of the stretcher that she broke it. Now I have no way of holding it in a stretcher. The returns window is closed so now I'm stuck with a product I can't use. Get something better! Overall assembly in the car was very easy. Perfect size for a puppy or small dog.
