Works great for soldering and soldering

, this tip works great, when I first put the iron on the temperature jumped but after a minute or less it stabilized, been used for a couple of months, no Problem, the temperature stays where you installed it. There were other brands that really sucked

Cons

Good for what!

Remember that it has a thin tip and therefore does not carry much thermal mass. It goes without saying that this tip is suitable for some SMD applications where a hot air hose is required. Otherwise he does his job well

Pros
  • Parts and Accessories
Cons
  • Some small things

Waste of money - tips

Which causes my ts100 to behave strangely, the temp gauge goes up and down drastically and the soldering tip doesn't melt, only the middle part. I ended up going back to the old advice I was using because it's cheap and doesn't work properly.

Pros
  • Welding and soldering
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Waste of money: soldering and soldering equipment

what makes my ts100 weird the temp gauge goes up and down drastically and the tip doesn't melt the solder only the middle part. I ended up going back to the old advice I was using because it's cheap and doesn't work properly.

Pros

Cons
  • ugly packaging

Good for sensitive electronics, but not for fogging copper tubing.

Very thin and sharp point. As mentioned in another review, it has very little thermal mass compared to the larger nozzles that come with most irons, and in some cases this is actually useful. Installers can skip this. However, if you're working with a very thin pen assembly that for some reason precludes the use of reflow systems, this tip might be a good option. It's definitely not "general purpose" and you probably won't need it very often (unless you need to do a lot of fine-pitch work), but

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • Don't remember
