I don't know how to quantify their stiffness, but they do NOT compress easily. Pinching a finger between thumb and forefinger is a feat to be proud of and should not be attempted by women or children.

These springs are optional but one of the most recommended Ender 3 mods on the web. Fits perfectly. The springs are noticeably harder than the original. In my experience, the bed stays flat better than standard springs. The only downside right now is that the interfaces are a bit cheesy, which I don't think is a big deal but worth mentioning.

This is much better than the OEM nibs that came with the printer. While they don't completely eliminate bed leveling, they give you peace of mind that the bed won't move too much on long prints. I can usually do 2-3 prints without leveling the bed, but I still check the bed height before each print.
