Great for our purposes. We built a steel platform, cut the base plate of this wheel down to 3 inches and welded it into a piece of 3x3 steel tubing. It was a little overkill as one is priced at £700 but I wanted a wide, low profile wheel. It rolls so smoothly I wish I had a pair of locking wheels. At least this makes it easy to move the bed around for cleaning.
