Loved the convenience of making coffee. Very easy to clean and brew coffee differently. The quality is good, so far no complaints.

God only knows how much I wished for that. I know I have it and I can't stop using it. big enough for my family and the look is driving my family and friends crazy. That's what they asked me for these upcoming holidays.

In the first 4 months of his coffee ownership he made excellent espresso. Now the black handle is broken off and I don't see a way to fix it. And I can't find a way to contact the seller because the "refund window" and "product support window" have expired. I would not recommend this product for this reason.

When I bought it it was because of its original look. However, it turned out that this is purely cosmetic - inside there is an ordinary aluminum plate. The base no longer holds water, the tip of the bulb is not in it. I thought it would be a little smarter given the design, but it isn't. Ultimately disappointing.

Best buy! Classic Italian design and a staple in any coffee lover's kitchen. Be careful and allow each piece to air dry to prevent mold or rust from forming. Do not use soap when cleaning, otherwise soap residue will get into the filter and take time to clear after several thorough rinses. I used to have a Bialetti 6 cup but it spat, spattered and splattered coffee all over the stove. What waste. So I spent more than I wanted and ended up with a MUCH better toy than the Bialetti. This thing works great if I can actually open it. I am a medium sized woman with medium sized hands. I have to wake my husband up half the morning to open this thing. It's such an awkward shape. Try wrapping your hands around a smooth metal sphere and try to open it. This is the worst, especially if you haven't had coffee yet. Some mornings I could honestly throw this thing across the room!
