This thing works great if I can actually open it. I am a medium sized woman with medium sized hands. I have to wake my husband up half the morning to open this thing. It's such an awkward shape. Try wrapping your hands around a smooth metal sphere and try to open it. This is the worst, especially if you haven't had coffee yet. Some mornings I could honestly throw this thing across the room! I'm going to a conference right now and here it is: I brought this to Airbnb and I can't open the damn thing. I am so angry! I need to take a shower and look for coffee in the neighborhood. I ran it under hot water, I ran it under cold water, I googled for tricks, I used a wet cloth to try and get a grip, an oven mitt, I hit it! I am very angry about this useless piece of metal which is making my hands incredibly sore. FREE YOURSELF FROM SECURITY. THE LOOK IS NOT WORTH THE COST.
