Overall good but won't buy again

Although it's a bit big, it can usually be washed in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. It's a good pan, but I don't like how the butter or oil quickly moves to the edge of the drips. The stove is shallow so maybe this pan is designed to drain to the side, but I don't want to make chicken chops like this.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Doubtful

Too big for GE Glass Cooktop

I have a five burner GE Glass Cooktop. Centered above the dual burners on the left, this extra-large pan overrides and interferes with the flush controls. Moving the pan just an inch eliminates that problem, but that slight decentering made heat distribution so uneven that food in the corner didn't cook evenly.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Frequency

Too narrow (13 " x 20 " no drip zone)

Nice and great quality but TOO SMALL/narrow and won't fit on both iron bases of my Jenn Air Gas Stove. I had to lean to the left to sit properly. Maybe my old cooker model has corner metal parts. I don't know any new gas stoves. You must measure the inside width of the pan as the drain around the perimeter of this pan narrows the fit. 13" x 20" is too narrow for a standard 2 burner gas range in my opinion.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Concerns me

Very very good skillet

I have had one of the Lodgestone cast iron skillets for a long time, they work great but I have had constant problems with rust discolouring my hob grates. So I decided to splurge on something more expensive and with materials that I didn't think would (properly) work. I stick to whole, plant-based foods, so I don't use oils. and this skillet has no problem with that. Pancakes, grilled bread, what I want to use it for. cooks great, food slides off immediately. No regret.

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Communication with seller

I do not recommend omelette pans

So far it works. That doesn't make things easier in any way. And I think it's due to a design flaw. or at least it doesn't work in my case. The shape of the bottom of the pot (protrusions on the edges) makes it very unstable on my stove. So if any food decides to stick, even a little, trying to scrape it off will only move the pan off my stove. And these "touch-proof handles" are NOT SAFE TO TOUCH AT ALL. They get as hot as the pan itself. This was my first All Clad purchase and will remain my…
