These turkey forks are terribly sharp so be careful how you use and store them. However, they do their job. Even a big turkey doesn't stand a chance against these little ones.

All Clad products are very well made, durable and great value. All my purchases from them are REALLY great. These turkey lift forks are no different, just a great price.

I don't often write reviews of what I buy but last night my husband got a chance to use these kitchen utensils and absolutely loved it. If you need to lift a large roast or turkey from the roaster these are perfect, love them.

Although someone has dismissed this product because of the 'welded' center pins, I think the criticism is unfounded. First, I think most of the wear and tear will be on the outer pins, and second, All Clad has a lifetime warranty if my assumption is wrong. For me, that's a huge step forward for lifting a 20-pound turkey out of a roaster.

These turkey forks are strong and shiny and won't bend when you're lifting a heavy turkey or roast. This stainless steel cleans up easily after a quick soak in soap [I don't have a dishwasher anymore so I have no idea how they're going to clean it] and I would recommend it to anyone who needs that particular item. Holes at the end of the handle for easy hanging on a hook if needed.

They are great. While the place where the fingers connect might not look that solid in the picture, it's welded fairly well and the forks are sturdy. I use them when I need to remove a whole chicken from the pan and they come in very handy. Another use is that I take one and use it as a slicing fork, it holds a turkey or chicken much sturdier than a regular slicing fork.
