Extremely cheap dowels burst. Instead of plastic, you can use straps of medium size and a metal plate.

The included drywall anchors I received didn't cut halfway into the drywall. POS anchor. ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ก Tell me about the pain, you know what. Luckily I got mine (good ones) from the hardware store. I wall mount my son's PS4 Slim with large straps and they are actually too big to just wrap around. But in reality, if the PS4 is used for weight distribution, it's probably safer to have the Velcro touching the bottom or back. (Small straps are too small for PS4 jsyk.) So it is a little difficult toโ€ฆ

Outstanding all-round mount

When you get this mount, first remove the drywall anchors because they're junk. Second, invest in an impact driver and cordless drill combo (if you plan on installing more things into the wall and in general). Go to Milwaukee (I personally buy Ryobi and Metabo HPT power tools since I don't have to pay a Milwaukee bounty to do what I need to do around the house). Installation is very easy as long as you either screw into the studs or use appropriate drywall anchors. I would recommend drywallโ€ฆ

Highly Versatile Electronics Wall Mount

I've used the All in Wonder mount several times now in my engineering consulting work. In fact, after the first install I used it on, I figured I'd always keep a new one in its packaging on my shelf so I'd be ready for any installation work that might come up. The best feature is the velcro closure. Straps with stepless size adjustment. This is a well thought out product, marred only by one design flaw involving the attachment of small devices.
