Like Grandma

Scissors in the right size for fine embroidery. I love their design because they are just like my 95 year old grandma's. What can I say? i am sentimental

Pros
  • Scissors
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Good scissors, not very sharp.

They are adorable and amazing and I love that they are small. However, they are not very sharp. But I use them for yarn and it works quite well. Paper might work, but fabric won't, at least not if you want a precise cut.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Dear

Same as Behind the Garden Wall

I found these scissors while looking for items from the TV series Behind the Garden Wall. My daughter and niece really enjoyed the show. One episode features these scissors and as soon as I saw them I knew they would make a great Christmas present and they were.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • I don't remember

These are fairly small scissors and a great size to take with you.

These are quite small scissors and are a great size for carrying projects around. However, they are not as sharp as I expected. The first few cuts I made didn't cut all the way through the yarn. I realize these are embroidery scissors and the yarn is a lot thicker, but I've seen a lot of people use them for crocheting/knitting. After a few cuts they work a little better (or I just hope they do) but I still feel they would benefit from sharpening.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Socket required
