Works great as advertised

I know some reviewers have had trouble connecting bare wires to this unit, it works just like all the new sockets on the market. First loosen the screws, then insert the appropriate wire into the hole above the screw, then tighten the screw, just like all other new sockets on the market. The cables install very quickly and easily, and there is no way to remove or pull out the cable unless you loosen the screw first. Really well made and comfortable! Ease of installation.

I had an old socket with 2 USB ports. If you have traditional wall outlets, these will be slightly larger compared to the back of the outlet with USB ports, considering the circuitry required for the ports. When I replaced the old socket with the new one, they were exactly the same size and the installation was very easy. USB charging is very fast. I have a Galaxy C7, my brother has a Galaxy C10 and my daughter-in-law has an earlier iPhone and it charges the phone from 5% to 100 in about 35-50…

Don't let the brands fool you, it's just as good

I bought 3 of these, installed 2 at my home and one at friends house. They were easy to install, the instructions were very clear and I really like the lid that doesn't show the screws. I looked around before buying but there was no point in buying a brand name (Leviton) 2-3 times more expensive for essentially the same product (yes they are made in China but where do you think the rest are made? ).
