Stylish and Comfortable: Allen Edmonds Boulder Slip Loafer - Perfect for Everyday Wear Review

There are a couple of issues I want to share with you. These shoes are size 11 and do not fit - despite the medium width, they are too short and narrow. I have previously ordered the same size and width and they fit me perfectly. The stamp in the skin also bleeds inwards. When I wore them short, I had black heels.

Great shoe for everyday wear with or without socks. I mainly use them as indoor slippers and the rubber sole allows me to walk on sidewalks and grass.

I didn't like the manufacture of the product because it was too narrow and it got too long if you bought a size up. On the recommendation of my local cobbler, I bought a size up, which gave me enough room but was too long. The cobbler then added foam padding under the "tongue" or upper part of the shoe to keep my foot from sliding forward. These are my everyday shoes now. I still give it three stars because it needs modification. Mods cost around $5.

I like this shoe for its looks and also for the brand. I usually wear cheaper shoes, but boulder loafers are very cheap for an Allen Edmonds product. As is often the case with blind buying shoes, I encountered some fit issues. The size fits my feet and is generally comfortable, but the last one I used was too full for my heel area. A little tight. On this two-tone brown model, the base brown is a lot lighter than the picture suggests - a slight tan to my eyes. Likes or hates the style of design. I edited the review and added a star - the shoes have been worn well and are quite comfortable now.

I have had 3 pairs of these shoes and I love them. Except for one pair I bought from Revain instead of Nordstroms. I don't know if Revain has cheaper shoes or not but I've had this pair for about 6 months now. I've worn them maybe 6 times and the top is falling apart. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I like this shoe, the look, feel and comfort. I can't wear them all day, but it's a problem with my feet, not my shoes. I have a tan version by the way, but I would also go for a lighter version of that color if I could find it in my size.
