Using this product, our team found that the installation was complicated and ended up damaging our wall. The only pro is that it looked decent once finally set up. The cons outweigh the pros, as the shelf is too expensive for the subpar quality and difficult installation process. Not worth the investment for such a mediocre bathroom shelf.

It was already sent to me in the wrong order, the glass and brackets were installed in the wrong order so it didn't work at all, also the glass didn't fit in the packaging so that glass was sent upon delivery. Terrible quality control. Unfortunately due to a bathroom renovation I didn't open the package when I received it and when it had to be hung up it was too late to return it.

A few weeks ago I ordered (2) 22 inch glass shelves. One of the shelves was broken and the other was 16 inches tall instead of 22 inches. Tried to order but they are no longer available. At first I thought the 16" was what I ordered in error but apparently it was a manufacturer switch. I have tried to find a way to contact the manufacturer but am unable to do so. I would like to talk to them. At the moment I'm very dissatisfied.
