I like this product instead of paying Vizio more for their remote control. I can't figure out how to adjust bass and treble with this new remote.

Maybe the same as the original and all the buttons work the same as the original chewed up! Why do dogs like these remote controls?

I just had to put the batteries in and it was done. Perfect replacement for my SB3621N-E8. (I still can't find the old remote control. I don't know if my dog hid it or what.)

So the soundbar remote control (original) lasted about 2 months. Pos. I bought two replacements just in case. As long as it works . . but it doesn't look like a Swiss watch design. This is an $8 deal. You definitely can't go wrong there.

Our dog chewed on the original remote that came with the soundbar and I can't even tell it from the original. It worked right out of the box, didn't need to be synced or anything. Great product and great price. Highly recommended!

When the remote control for my soundbar was "missing" and the chorus of "I don't know" and "I don't" echoed around the house, I decided to close it try a replacement - Flawless. Those with a Vizio soundbar know you're stuck without a remote as it controls everything!

Ordered to replace a remote control that was chewed by a dog. The serial numbers matched and no programming was required. I pressed power and the system turned on with all the previous settings. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the back cover doesn't snap and stays in place very well. In normal use that's fine, but if you drop it or move it too fast it will slide back. Not a good reason to return.
