Accurate and Reliable Digital Caliper!

This industrial grade caliper is perfect for precise measurements in the dimensions inspection. The digital display is easy to read and the caliper is lightweight and durable. However, the instructions can be a bit confusing for first-time users. Overall, a great tool for scientific or industrial applications.

Update - not recommended

I would give it 5 stars except for one flaw - smack it, put it in a case, sometimes just pick it up and it turns on. No need to touch the power button with your fingers - it turns on by itself. annoyed! Went to micrometer after 3 weeks of inactivity - looked like dead battery - no problem - replacement included. Went to the instructions - slide the battery cover in the direction indicated - replace the battery. No directions. I couldn't create a cover! After trying unsuccessfully to pry them…

Reasonable quality for the price

Bought this tool for use in woodworking where accuracy is not of the utmost importance. up to 2 thousandths apart. Build quality isn't as good as the more expensive Mitutoyo, but that's to be expected. There are a few things to note that could pose a problem. 1) The enclosed instructions do not apply to the model supplied. Therefore the instructions on how to change the battery are not accurate and if you follow these instructions you can scratch the caliper. The battery is replaced by…
