My daughter asked for it, And I have to say it was a great investment! Great for solo practice! She can work on ball control, shots, corners and one touch. Everyone! And better yet, she's having fun, she said 10 out of 10.

My son plays for one of the best soccer teams in our state. They play for a year to compete. His only weakness is kicking hard with his left foot. He uses this so he doesn't have to chase the ball every time he kicks it. There's a big difference in a month. He also uses it for all other suggested workouts in the item description.
