I love Almay Loose Finishing Powder. I've been using it to set my makeup for years. I get it on my subscription every three months and save it, and it costs me less than half what my local pharmacy charges. ) I would say that this powder gives a semi-matte finish and keeps my face shine-free for most of the day. The powder is really light and has no odor that I can detect. I will continue to use it as long as it is available. Definitely a staple in my daily life.

This product does not match the description it is not the same as the picture and I bought this powder from a pharmacy and in fact it is clearly not from Almay. The logo doesn't even match and when the plastic tab on the inside of the pack was pulled out the piece of plastic that keeps the powder from spreading everywhere came out very easily and made a huge mess. I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're expecting this to be the real product that's being talked about.

This setting powder changes the game. I'm the type who works long days with long hours, and I'm sick of my makeup melting at the end of the day. I start my makeup by first applying concealer, setting then applying foundation before setting again and my makeup stays on ALL DAY. It gives a flawless matte look and really balances out everything on your face. I've also been using it for several months, use it almost every day and still have plenty left. Full recommendation!

I have been using this product for quite some time. As a light-skinned lady, I find it difficult to find cheap cosmetics that don't irritate my skin, but I can always rely on Almay. This powder is light enough that I don't feel it on my skin but strong enough to last all day. Almay is the only brand I can wear now as I have developed a makeup allergy as it is hypoallergenic like so many people these days. I bought this to replace the compact unit which is not available in my area and is very expensive online. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it continues and the range I get as a result. I love that it matches my skin tone perfectly. I have a hard enough time matching makeup to my skin tone in store and didn't want to try it online, but I'm glad it worked. I will continue to use this product until they stop making it. I recommend it!
