Almay is the only brand I can wear now as I have developed a makeup allergy as it is hypoallergenic like so many people these days. I love translucent loose powder because it covers well and doesn't make skin watery, itchy, tight, burn or itch! The translucent "tint" is a light shade (obviously they didn't create a translucent lol) but it matches my fair skin tone perfectly. I'm Caucasian with a light but not quite medium skin tone that would normally be dry but I'm hydrated and aging (46 years old). I use powder over foundation to keep makeup in place all day, or over moisturizer and sunscreen to mattify, hide uneven skin tone and slight discoloration from tiny broken blood vessels and freckles that are now sunspots .
