If you have dry skin, it will look flaky and rough even if you moisturize it first. I feel like it dries when I first apply it, but by the end of the day my face is quite oily. It looks pretty rough because you can see the skin is dry under the makeup but oily on top. That's so strange. I have dry skin, rosacea, uneven skin tone. I've tried so many different brands of foundation and this is the only one that looks and feels great and lasts all day. The shadow is always perfect. I use 300 when I have a little tan and 200 the rest of the year and the shade is always right.
