That does not work! The company also doesn't answer calls or emails

We used the dehumidifier exactly as directed for 2 days in a row and it didn't work. The only time water came out through the outlet hose was when we pressed the flush button, and even then there wasn't enough water to handle the humidity in the still very humid room. We have called the company's phone number 4 times in the past two weeks, left 2 phone messages and now 2 emails and have had no response from them. I want to return this item.

Great dehumidifier with solid construction! Surpasses any living quality.

Excellent value for a simple, reliable dehumidifier. We use it to dehumidify our home as most retail dehumidifiers don't last more than a year and contain harmful mold and organic materials. This product does not have a drain tank, so you will need a drain to service a 15ft vinyl hose. . We use a washing machine drain in the wall. You don't have to look at anything else

A professional grade device that does the work of 2-3 (maybe more) $300 consumer devices. It gives you live feedback on power consumption and temperature/humidity. I had 2 consumers who did nothing because the compressors wouldn't start and the only way I could tell was to check their power consumption with wemo. the whole basement. This is an industrial grade dehumidifier that will easily dehumidify my 1,400 square foot basement during the New England summers.
