very bright, low power consumption

I really like these lights. I liked them so much I bought 4 more They are fairly easy to install and very bright. I bought a dimmer but can't dim the lights so not sure what the "Dim" - function is concerned. I will also say that the reviewer who mentioned they fit loose was right. The clips are not very strong. I bought the smallest hole saw and they still pop out sometimes. So they turn up and I can't get them dimmed so only 4 stars. However, they turn on and off, use little power and I like…

Headlights start to fail after 3 months

I bought and installed them 3 months ago on March 3rd. triggered a "strobe" effect that essentially rendered the device unusable as all four turned on at the same time. Disappointed to say the least as the halogen bulbs I replaced/upgraded were still working perfectly after 18 years. Unsatisfied. Having said that, I have to say that I was *initially* so happy with the kit. They look very nice, the perfect color temperature for my needs, nice and bright and they really liked the aluminum finish.

They are great, they are eclipsing!

I bought these for my RV and installed them and I love them. Now I'm setting up a bar and I was in dire need of a cool lamp. I couldn't find a store or online that matched my bar. So I re-ordered these headlights which were excellent the first time and built a nice wooden box and all I had to do was drill three holes and put these cool headlights in. I installed a 12V DC power supply and a dimmer. These headlights dim very well. Too bright for a bar atmosphere when they are burning bright, but…

Tested and it works as it should

I have 15 more to install I have spade terminals on them - male to - and female to + so I can install them in my new house in the garage. workshop and relaxation room. I make all lighting 12 volts for power, duration and ease of installation (no ground wires etc). The only one installed works great. It would be nice if the wire was stripped a little more and not tinned the end. These things make me work harder. When I have time I may come back to add to this review once the entire garage and…
