I've used this twice (two consecutive showers) to get the color I wanted. I'm a natural redhead, but as I've gotten older, my natural color isn't as vibrant as it used to be. In just 5 minutes my color was revived! The color lasts about two weeks and needs to be reapplied. This is an amazing product. It's very, very pigmented and makes my hair look fuller, easier to comb and healthy. I mix it with conditioner and apply after shampooing, leave in the shower then rinse off and apply some more conditioner. It does everything it says. I love it!

It may seem obvious, but unless you're looking for a coppery orange, don't go for the Copper Cabana color (more copper than a true red). It didn't work for me. I have very light highlights and my hairdresser put some rose gold temporary on my hair. Thought that would do that too.
