Pretty good gear. However, the LG/XLG was very tight in the shoulders and arms. I'm 6'3", 205 pounds, athletic build, not a bodybuilder size. Size XXL may fit better on the shoulders and arms, but is definitely looser in the upper body. This item appears to have been custom made for a road cyclist's frame.

I have had several falls wearing this suit and have never injured my arms, shoulders, back or chest while wearing it. Be sure to wear a light base layer underneath (to keep it cool and prevent chafing) and a tank top over it (to protect against knots and abrasions). Stays pretty cool here in the desert, too, IMHO.

I bought it in size XL. I'm about 6ft 1200lbs and in good shape. I was barely able to put this thing on as the mesh fits snugly around my arms. Now the product seems to be of ok quality except the sleeves open up when it's too small. MY PROBLEM is related to the exchange process. Now I love AMAZON but this really pissed me off. This is a great product and I love it. It seems really well made and designed. Your kidneys have two storage pouches that are lined on the inside in case you fall, but I probably wouldn't put anything sharp inside. The ability to remove the sleeves is very nice. I usually ski sleeveless unless I'm doing crazy downhill skiing. The sleeves are a little tight around my biceps, although I'm athletically built I'm by no means super muscular.
