Comfortable, good protection.
I have had several falls wearing this suit and have never injured my arms, shoulders, back or chest while wearing it. Be sure to wear a light base layer underneath (to keep it cool and prevent chafing) and a tank top over it (to protect against knots and abrasions). Stays pretty cool here in the desert, too, IMHO.
