I'm giving 4 stars because it was a little harder to install than I expected. I love the design and how much it holds up on each shelf. Also, the wood feels light and doesn't feel like a solid piece of wood for each shelf. Love the design and you will need a drill to mount it to the wall. This must be built against the wall after opening. I didn't notice until I opened it. I figured it comes on something and you assemble it and then assemble it. But still like the cute design and price.

I broke two wall mount hole inserts from not drilling a deep enough starting hole but there was an extra one in the kit. I had to pre-drill the holes for the wall, but the wooden shelves are soft enough that you can just slide these shelves in with a regular screwdriver. Of course I wanted to start with the bottom shelf, not the top one, so I made it more difficult to install, but if you follow their instructions you'll be fine. Yes, my rig isn't perfect, but I still don't put anything heavy on
