Nice compact size compared to big and wide straps. To update; after about 6 months the outer velco started to fail. It slips off and I have to put it back on.

Sits great at first, but slips on the back when walking long distances. It also rolls off when you sit and stand during the day. upset

I have several problems with my lower back and hips. I've tried pretty much everything I've heard or read about and I'm going to a spine and pain clinic. I have about 5 braces. I recently started working in the OR and stood on the concrete floor for a long time. I started getting lower back pain, but that's probably also due to bad posture. Usually at the end of a 12 hour shift my hips and lower back hurt. After wearing this, I immediately noticed a huge difference. I think it provides support and corrects some postural issues as I have little to no pain after a long day of wearing them. I may wear a little higher than normal judging by the photos, but it still helps!

I bought another SI belt to compare. This product (Altapolo) is more comfortable to wear but covers a larger area. I only wore it for a day/two so I can't comment on the pain relief factor.
