Very useful for people with foot pain.

The Altra Torin plush. I suffer from osteoarthritis in my feet and I find these shoes very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Pros
  • Polyurethane sole
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

If you have Morton's neuroma.

I had high hopes for this shoe after reading the reviews and watching it on YouTube, but as soon as I put the shoe on I felt the neuroma flare up. Your experience may be different, but these didn't work for me.

Pros
  • Insole: Premium 5mm molded PU footbed
Cons
  • Almost never

Not as good as Torin 4

Not sure if I need a size smaller but I found this shoe odd, especially on my left foot. I ordered half a size up based on reviews and recommendations but I still miss the fit of the Torin 4. Also the tongue on this shoe is very short and thin as opposed to the more durable one on the 4. Love the laces and the blue is a great colour.

Pros
  • Build Height: 28mm
Cons
  • faded

Didn't meet my expectations

The tongue of the shoe is short and less soft than the previous model. The toe of the shoe is slightly narrower and shorter than the previous model. I didn't care about the color choice, but I had to go with what they had. There are fewer lace holes than the previous model, which caused a hole in the shoe when walking. I would not buy the shoe again and fewer modifications have been made.

Pros
  • Cushion: High
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Cozy! for women

I really like these shoes. I had two pairs for myself. Thorin plush model. This time I bought them for my mother and she loves them. They have just the right amount of cushioning in the heel area. These are my everyday shoes. I used to have sore heels and it hurt to walk. I also have wide feet so there's plenty of room for my toes. Since I've been using them, the pain has stopped. I would definitely buy them again for my family.

Pros
  • Sole: FootPod technology
Cons
  • Long delivery time

So not like Torin before - OH

Let me start by saying that the shoe is a nice color. Lighter than pictured and that's the ONLY reason I gave them two stars. It hurts my legs like crazy. I'm a nurse so I work long 12 hour shifts - I cringe at the end of the day. I would return them if I could. Serious. Nothing like the Thorins I've had before. I liked 2.0. The shoes are thin, the toe box isn't that wide - the heels and big toe hurt - nothing in those screaming clouds of comfort. Mind you, for over $100. They don't feel as…

Love this line of shoes

Used to purchase the 6.0 version a size 7 (I normally have a 6.5 but I have bursitis and need a wide toe box). Size 7 was a little big for me but the shoes were so comfortable I decided to keep them and wear them around the house. Size 6.5 pink was the cheapest and most available so I bought it despite having concerns about the colour. I love them and haven't taken them off my feet since. The design is more up to date than before and the size 6.5 fits great. However, I have a feeling that at a…

THE MOST COMFORTABLE SNEAKER I EVER HAVE!

Bought these out of desperation because I got a painful tailor's dummy on the outside of my foot and all of my shoes suddenly started hurting. I needed a wider sock but not a wider shoe as I don't have a wide foot and my foot could slip out. I bought a pair of Brooks Ghosts and while they are also great shoes with a roomy toe, they also hurt my bursitis. In the end, they became comfortable to wear, but in the meantime they appeared and fully met all the requirements. The sock is shaped very…

Finally! The perfect fit that doesn't look like a boot! 👍

I'm embarrassed by the number of shoes I've bought and returned, and I don't just mean Revain. Even in a well-known shoe store, they didn't get it right. I have a hammer toe on the longest toe of each foot. I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis. These shoes are the best I have ever worn on my 66 year old feet. Here's what I learned recently: the need for a wide toe box IS NOT the same as the need for wide shoes. Also there are no flat feet (I don't have any hard ones). They fit me perfectly in
