Sharp and easily interchangeable

This insert is very easy to interchange. The tip broke off the old one (cut too low) and I was a little hesitant based on other reviews I read. But it was a moment. The insert stays sharp for a long time.

Return to Whiteside

Not a big fan of RC 1148. The first blade dulled after a few works, the new blade I bought was already snapped. The whole point of these inserts is that they can be easily swapped out while retaining the casing. It seems to do a poor job of carving hardwood.
