Improved cutter for wood and plastic!

Excellent Durable Carbide, Perfectly Ground! With the chisel I can carve thin and deep inscriptions in all types of wood!

Pros
  • Milling Machine Parts and Accessories
Cons
  • High Price

Don't waste your money

Read my Amana tool review - V-groove insert 45 degrees. Basically the same problems. The tip of this tool is so far off center it's ridiculous. It cannot be adjusted enough to center it. Save your money and look elsewhere. (At least the tip isn't broken on this one. But that's probably because I didn't use it.)

Pros
  • Bits
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

The carbide replacement is excellent.

Very smooth CNC cut with light burrs on white oak. Works with little vibration due to the single-edged milling cutter, but otherwise a very clean cut. I recommend it to everyone if you have a CNC. Freehand cutting can be more difficult if you are not using a jig or cutting guide. Ran 3500 feet of white oak groove and it's still very sharp with no burns or wear. Probably won't need to change the carbide for another 5000 feet, but I just bought an extra carbide replacement bit just like that.

Pros
  • Power & Hand Tools
Cons
  • Fine
